Dr. Wiley’s approach to executive assessment is a proven process that clarifies individual strengths and potential, and helps plan actions to ensure effective ramping-up to targeted performance. His assessment compares individuals against benchmarked Hogan score norms and highly competitive leadership competencies. The assessment process provides results and recommendations that are clearly aligned to a company’s priorities for leadership performance and culture fit. The process has three integrated steps:
